Kilties in 'Legends of the Fall'
In the thread 'Regimental Leg Tattoos?', Cajunscot & I were briefly discussing the film 'Legends of the Fall', and it got me to thinking.
We all remember the trench scene of the kilted jock kicking the soccer ball into the air, amidst the flares & tracers, to signal the attack (one of my all-time favorite movie scenes), but I also recalled some deleted footage of kilted troops in camp playing football (soccer), and after doing a quick search found the deleted scenes posted on-line. Its a very brief sequence, but I thought I'd share it for all who haven't seen it. Look for the football playing kilties at approximately 0:49 into the following video:
