Ugh lads!

I have one more local games here before I'm off to Denver and the Masters World Championships. I'm not in the shape I need to be in and lately I'm just dragging my old and sore rear end to the next event--but I guess 'heart' still counts. Thought I was completely played out last games and sheaf was the final event--I hit a PR!

Here's hoping for no stooooopid injuries and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to throw at the MWC.
