Threw in the Maine Highland Games. Cleared a new PR in WOB and Sheaf. After never having cleared the bar in competition this season I came in at 9' WOB and 10' sheaf. Sheaf I could have done more but I kept missing the bar and either going past it under or coming back down same side it had gone up. Important thing is I am on the board and have some numbers to beat next time.

Back to the gym to move some iron and get scary big before the next games.
