20th Anniversary
Here are some photos of our 20th Anniversary Renewal of Vows. Maggie and I invited 20 friends and family over to our home for the ceremony and dinner, and a celebration of past and future.
Maggie and I with the piper, Charlie Rafferty, on our front portal prior to the renewal of vows. The chile "ristras" are a traditional New Mexican symbol of good luck that are changed every year. The pot on the right was for the "smudging" of the guests with white sage prior to the ceremony

The Kiowa Traditional Healer, Sue Westbrook, who blessed the event.

One lucky guy with one beautiful woman by his side.

A small group of friends and family was present. The mountains in the background are the Sangre de Christos, a branch of the Rocky Mountains. Sangre de Christo is "Blood of Christ", and the mountains were so named because they will turn bright red at sunset.

The piper sending us on our next journey. Mother and Father in Law on the far right.
Si Deus, quis contra? Spence and Brown on my mother's side, Johnston from my father, proud member of Clan MacDuff!
