Calgary, Alberta, Canada to be precise

I'm 26, and I've referrenced XMarks many times in the past when looking for good advice on kilts, where to find them, how to wear them, etc. My first kilt was actually in the Canadian Caledonian tartan. It wore like a dream... until a a recent and most unfortunate accident involving an acetylene torch and a ladle full of molten pewter... needless to say, time for a new one :P

In the meantime, I felt it'd be fun to join XMarks and share

For a living, I work as an administrative assistant for an engineering company. Although my duties do extend pass the office. Sometimes I get to help out in the lab It's so cool to pull down the goggles as they fire up the reactor. Other than that, I like to hang out at home, sing, write, draw, paint, chat online, collect things.

Mostly what I hope to get out of my membership with XMarks is a pleasant and rewarding community experience among those who love to wear kilts. I wear them as an expression of pride in both my Scottish ancestry, and my Canadian nationality. That and they're among the most confortable things I've ever worn

Slainte, eh?
