one of my regular things to do with fresh cut rosemary ( in quantity) is to put it in empty gallon pails ( like the ones ice cream comes in) with epsom salts - very nice for epsom salts baths , once the salt has drawn out the oils. (Which reminds me - gotta separate the dried rosemary, and take it out of the buckets, so the salt isn't full of twigs.)
