Wearing a kilt to work. Underwear or Not?
As I have mentioned in previous posts on unrelated issues, I have just ordered my first Black Watch Kilt and I would like to be able to wear it to work (an office).
This may be a weird question but I was wondering how much the "going commando" or "regimental" rule applies to everyday kilt wearing.
My desk is covered by a front partition and I am mostly sitting there all day (as in I have no latters to climb) but would it be morally wrong not to wear any underwear under a kilt when going to work?
Or is this a matter of etiquette that must be respected. Would I be insulting the Scottish Kilt Gods if I wore underwear. Or is going to a workplace a sufficient reason to wear some...?
