I had just sat down for our Christmas eve church service, Lutheran, and our lady pastor came up to me to ask a question. She wanted to know if I would help serve Communion. I don't know if she asked me because someone didn't show up, or because of how I was dressed.

I had on my Bucleau tartan kilt which has brown's, black and green with a stripe of white, black kilt hose, a sporran with silver trim, a belt buckle that was iridescent and a white polo, short sleeve shirt. Most of the other people that have served Communion and know what to do weren't really dressed "that" nice. I have worn my kilt numerous times to church so that wasn't any thing new, but I was honored to have helped.
