Great photos!
A very classy outfit there.
I'm glad my old Victorian cantle has found a great home! It does match in with your fantastic Victorian crossbelt & waistbelt set pretty well.
About regulation doublets, they're so rarely seen nowadays, and so wonderfully "old school". Take note of the jackets in this recent photo of some of the world's leading pipers:

Ah... Gordon Walker... the regulation doublet, the red laces and buckles on the ghillies...
About Robertsons, somebody once put it succinctly:
Robertsons: Lotsa wood, lotsa ivory, lotsa sound.
I was attired much more plainly at the Burns supper I piped at. My pipes are c1900 Lawries.
