Very nice all around...
I'd be careful about carry that double-edged knife in Texas, though, as I've been advised (in my CHL classes) that a double-edged knife is considered a dagger.
The Texas Penal code relating to knives is as follows:
(6) "Illegal knife" means a: (A) knife with a blade over five and one-half inches; hand instrument designed to cut or stab another by being thrown;(C) dagger, including but not limited to a dirk, stiletto, and poniard;(D) bowie knife;(E) sword; or(F) spear.
