Unlike almost all other "stouts" I find it both light and not filling! It's almost too easy to drink, so I limit my intake to one or two pints, or a couple of "black and tans" made with Bass, Harp, or even Fat Tire.
Well now, here's a perfect use of Guinness - as a sort of mixing stout. I too like my black-and-tan or half-and-half every now and then.
