After being on the road for most of the past 3 weeks (I drive a truck) I really needed a good hike. 10,000 years ago lake Bonneville lapped against the Wasatch mountains creating a narrow shoreline. Today it is a perfect multi use Hiking and biking trail covering hundreds of miles in Northern Utah. At almost exactly 5280 feet above sea level and around a thousand feet above the valley floor you have a constant view of the city below.
