My mother found a miniature Clan Scott crest pin (about 1 inch or so), but I don't know if it was at a Games or shopping online. She also found a stick-pin (like one for a cravat) with a similar-sized crest for my father to wear as a lapel pin. (He still doesn't want to wear the tartan, much less a kilt, but will wear the crest. I can't figure that out yet.)
As for what a lady might wear (OP), a sash is probably the most versatile, as others have suggested. My sister has a couple (the Scott Green and the Scott Red) in a poly-cotton, as she's allergic to wool. The sett's a bit smaller, but it's in the same colors.
