This is about as good a look as you can get, IMO. I especially like your jacket and the way you've paired the jacket with the waistcoat and kilt.
I like the high collar and concave bottom edge of the waistcoat. Where do you get a waistcoat like that?
For that matter where do you get a jacket (doublet?) like that?
And does Lady Crystal's lace and silk cravat come with tying instructions?

There have been several lively discussions around neck wear. Look for "jabot" in the subject using the search function. Stocks, cravats, and almost any kind of Beau-Brummell-scarf-like-thing seem viable.
