And my two sporrans, my belts --day and dress. And my wife made both pairs of my tartan hose and many of my shirts.
Which I was going to post in the "show us your hose" thread. If I get the chance.

It also works great hanging in the armpit (hence the name!) of one's waistcoat:

The knife actually belongs to my wife. When in period camp garb, it's her utility blade, and she hangs it on her waist belt that holds her arisaid in place.

I couldn't trust myself not to lose my phone if it was shoved in my sock. MY phone isn't just a phone, it's a whole personal admin storage system. AND it's got all my holiday snaps on it.
And to think I used to mock those who carried a filofax (remember them?). Mind £120 for a diary come address book was a bit OTT, especially in the eighties.
