You can certainly double check with Rocky but the one USA Kilt I own fits correctly and well and the measuring was done per directions on the site.
thanks for your reply, may I ask you this:
when you purchased your USA kilt, what was your measurement at the true waistline and what size jeans or pants do you normally wear? i'm trying to gauge if the difference between the true waist size and the pants waist size is as drastic as mine.
Mine was a 40 at the true waistline, but I wear a 32 or 34 jeans
