1. Kilt hose
I too let the weather dictate what I wear especially with the crazy southern
humidity. If I am traveling to one of the local highland games I usually
take them with me just in case the urge hits me. The old Boy Scout motto of
being prepared still haunts me to this day. (On a side note, I was extremely thankful
to have my kilt hose on several occasions. Once at the Loch Norman games, it was
38 degrees and a cold rain all day in the middle of April. I could not get warm enough
that day. If had not had my flask full of single malt I think I would have had Hypothermia.)
On hot summer days I may wear my Tevas or Birkenstocks.
2. Sporran
95 % of the time I wear one.
3. Flashes (with hose)
If I’m wearing my Kilt hose I wear flashes.
4. Sgian Dubh
It is always in my Scottish attire some where even if I’m not wearing Kilt hose.
