The "quartet" is Il Divo, a group of opera stars who were put together by Simon Cowell of "American Idol" fame. They've toured the world several times, sold millions of records, and this clip pops up from time to time as an example of their work. It always amazes me how the 'piper can change keys for the "...bright shining as the sun..." verse. My Graingers won't do that.
