I plan to be at Kilt Night fairly early--around 5:30 or so. Does that work for you, BC and X?
EPITAPH: Decades from now, no one will know what my bank balance looked like, it won't matter to anyone what kind of car I drove, nor will anyone care what sort of house I lived in. But the world will be a different place, because I did something so mind bafflingly eccentric that my ruins have become a tourist attraction.

I can't make it that early. How late will you stay? I'll try to get down before your time is up.

Here is a photo of the inside strap and buckle. I find it easy to use and adjust.
Any webbing should do and the buckles can be found at most outdoor stores.
