Bad Customer Service

Hi all,
just my .02$, but I would avoid Clansman Knitwear (scottishclansman.com)like the plague, their customer service SUCKS!

On friday, Feb 13, I placed two orders online, one from USA Kilts for a sporran, and one to CK for 3 t-shirts. by the following thursday, the sporran had arrived from USA Kilts, but nothing from CK, so I called. I gave the girl on the phone the information, including the Order Confirmation Number, but she seemed clueless and told me she would look into it and call me right back. I NEVER heard from her again.
So, I sent a few e-mails, but no reply came. Finally yesterday, 2 and a half weeks later I called back only to be told the order had not been processed yet, but they would get right on it. I told them not to bother and cancel the order,I would do my business elsewhere, which didnt seem to bother them any. I then called my credit card company to be sure they didnt charge me for the order. Sorry, but 2 and a half weeks to process an order for a few t-shirts is unacceptable, and the attitude of the help was worse. Good thing it wasnt something I absolutely had to have for a Highland Festival or something.

Thanks John, it's good to know about places that give poor service (and places that provide good service).

I hope they lift their game, or I will also avoid them like the plaig (plague)

Pardon the spelling error, long day at work. Fortunately there are enough kilt & kilt accessory places out there that bad service does'nt have to be tolerated.

Perhaps they operate on the PT Barnum philosophy. They wouldn't be the first.

Wow. I know a company that has great t-shirts and their customer service is impeccable! They will also be coming out with some great new shirts in the near future (from what I hear). They are at www.highlandtide.com. You should really check them out!

I will ship anywhere. Mine are all of original design. I dont have any "Real Men Wear Kilts" shirts but what were you looking for?
