Heard anything re the wool yet? Does anyone know how long it takes usually between the order being finalised and the tartan being woven?
For those who understand, no explanation is necessary; for those who don't, none is possible.

Could it be?
Had a sticker on my door this afternoon when I got home. DHL had attempted a delivery. Tracking number shows it started its journey in Scotland. I am not expecting anything else from the UK.

Unless they completely failed to contact me, and collect postage from you before shipping it out, it isn't our fabric.

Normal custom lead time is ~8 weeks, we were looking at twice that for custom dyeing + weaving.
I'd expect nothing before the end of October, more likely mid-November.

Not at this point, sorry. The order has been in for over 2 months with no way to increase the yardage without incurring severe delays for the rest of the order.

Sad but true.
Not being a properly attired Cthulhu Kiltist, tephros5340 now faces the prospect of being eaten last.

Och, ye WILL be eaten, no gettin' aroond that. It comes tae us all. But there may yet be hope. If this run of the tartan goes well and is pleasing in Their sight, there may yet be time before the stars are right tae attempt a second. The hope is that those of us who please Them may be eaten first, and have less of horror tae endure aforehaund.
