My first experience of kilt-wearing came when I played a scotsman in a farcical comedy called 'Who goes Bare?' That was back in 1986.

I enjoyed the feeling of the garment, the freedom, and the loved the way it moved.

I liked it so much, I hired one to give 'moral support' to a scottish friend who was nervous about wearing his at a new year's eve party.

I now have kilts of my own and wear whenever possible.
