Kilted Wedding Guest.
About a week or two ago. I got to attended a good friend of mine's wedding. Luckily, I got her (being the Bride) permission to come kilted. I had a great time and got a lot of positive comments. Here are a few pictures.

Right, proper, elegant. Good on you.
Thought which arose thereon; many social events are so "vanilla," they fade because of their sameness. However, "You remember, Jane's wedding, where her friend wore that kilt and jacket...." Perhaps a reason for the host or hostess to welcome you kilted?

looking great! Who is the lovely lady?
random question: Is a kilt too long for a man if it ends just below the knee cap?

This is a highly debated topic. I, for one, like mine to fall to the top of the knee.
The angle on the OPs picture makes it appear to be lower than i susupect it really is.
Again, looking great!

In fact, if it's more than a grunt below the top of the knee cap, it's too long.
and, pabackwoodsman, you look sharp, especially with the lovely, unnamed lady.
