I had called 2 weeks after the first one arrived, I then followed up 2 weeks after that with another phone call. I did speak to someone each time and was told they should be receiving a shipment soon from their supplier for the stone mountain games that I believe are next weekend. I then followed that up with a post here and then the other. I don't mind waiting long periods of time for a kilt or fully fashioned hose but this is a digital copy of a book. I know things can get hectic around this time of year for companies like Matt's but I also think one month is a reasonable shipping time for such a small item.
