Duntrune Castle to be in next Bond film

Reported by the blog, M16 'The Home of James Bond' the ancestral home of the Chief of the MacCallum Malcolm Clan the Laird of Poltalloch, Duntrune Castle will be in the upcoming James Bond film.

Should be some interesting times for Redshanks and others in the Kilmartin area!

I told the story of the piper of Duntrune to some Girl Scouts during a presentation about Scotland last year. They loved it.

Of course, being a bit of a history buff, I like anything old and castles are, with rare exception, old.

now I know I am totally biaised, but I think Argyll is the perfect location, it is in my opinion by far the best area in Scotland, Argyll has it all, and now I have an added extra to my touring itinerary.
