Hey all, I'm sure that most of you have heard by now that next year's MWC is going to be in Greenville SC May 26th. Should be good times and I'm sure a great turn out of athletes, I hope to be there even if just to watch, but competing would be better. Would be awsome to someday tell the grand kids that Grand pa was once a world class athlete. How many of you plan to go and how many plan to compete? Cheers mates int:
Here's a link to the MWC website www.scottishmasters.org The Greenville Games have not yet updated thier website as of today. Also there are already many athletes registered forthe games. Cheers mates
I've been giving it some thought. Have some family in the Carolinas.

It's high on the list. If I don't go to Scotland, I will pretty definitely be making the trek to SC.
I'm planning on going

Last week I made the hotel reservation and bought the plane tickets. I'm goin'. I will only be there to make Mike Baab and don Stewart and Mike Neese and Mark MacDonald "look good" but what the hell...I'm GOING.
Now not thinking about going. I'm not well into my training these past 18 months. Solo training doesn't give me the same passion for throwing and competing that group training did. The group I currently mentor consist largely of recreational throwers. I need athletes who live and breathe this stuff!! The 60-64 group should be a good comp. I'm thinking Larry Sisseck and Dennis Morrison will give Wayne Staggs a run for the money. I'm expecting Ray Oster to give a good account of himself as well.
