Hahaha! I seriously doubt it, as Zimmerman is commonly either a German or predominately Jewish surname. Of course, Mr. "Dylan" could easily design and register his own personal tartan. Doubtful he knows much in regards to 'The Garb of the Old Gaul.' Interesting article nontheless.
