Re: Westlake Hardware stresses zombie preparedness!
Heard a three hour radio interview with Max Brooks about World War Z. They did the first hour "straight", acting like it was a real event and rehashing the aftermath. Unfortunately, I haven't read it yet, but it is on my list of things to do before I get old. Just got to wait until I no longer have kids clambering around my ankles constantly. Sometimes they're worse than zombies. Zombies lose interest after they've eaten.
I wish I believed in reincarnation. Where's Charles Martel when you need him?

Yeah, I guess you're right. Hopefully noone takes offense, though.

Hope the Zombi Crawl goes well, Hawk. Have some brain on a stick for me.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

aren't they fun!! I had a blast watching the game going on during passing time from classes. I'd see someone running and being chased by someone else and I had no idea what the bandanas were for. The only thing I didnt like was early in the morning I was walking into one of my buildings (Bascom Hall, actually. The one with the Abe statue) and one of the humans was being chased by a zombie adn he bolted in the door and pushed me up against a wall so he could get past me. I looked at him and yelled "what the hell!?" and he was like "omg im sorry! zombies were trying to get me!" hahaha.

With that in mind, I'm watching a marathon of Walking Dead on AMC!

Here's a free download to put us all in the mood. An awesome and timely song by Special School (Professor Elemental's group) called Hungry - re: the zombiepocalypse.
