St. Andrew's Day

SouthernScot and I are planning a fairly informal meeting to celebrate St. Andrew's Day at the Celtic Tavern in Conyers. We are trying to decide between Saturday, Nov. 26, and Wednesday, November 30 which is the real Day itself.

I am pretty sure that the Saturday will be easiest for everyone to make, and that's what we are currently tentatively planning. Any thoughts? I'm thinking it's a great reason to don the kilt and come out for some fun.

The 26th may conflict with Thanksgiving for me. I visit my parents in Birmingham on the holidays and they may want me to make the weekend. Not for my sake of course but more time with the grands. It is also the iron bowl weekend. I shall try to keep that date open but I may not succeed.
