    I'm unsure of the kiltmaker; I ordered it through the Scottish Country Shop in Portland, OR. They did all of the liaison with the kiltmaker. As mentioned above, it was woven by Marton Mills. T'was originally slated for Locharron, but they're not shipping MacLean until November. (I actually prefer the MM colors over Locharron, too.)

    I concur. I prefer brown for the casual look, especially with a brass buckle. Black and silver are for more formal occasions IMHO. I'm geared for either direction!
