    Re: Fitness Challenge!

Well i currently ride between 6000 and 8000 miles a year on a road bike. I recently started strength training at a local club. The membership included a one time trainer to start me off with 8 exercises covering the whole body. I could use alternates to this workout if anyone has any ideas.

It is funny I was in a costco the other day in my black 19" kilt and as I was leaving a very heavy lady in a shortish skirt (was something she definately should not have been wearint) laughed at me. I am 5'9" tall and weigh about 165. So I believed I looked good in the kilt. Society?

One dumb girl sounds like. Good on ya for staying fit. To get cut and drop body fat percentages, try Insanity. I used it for month before a race and it stripped me DOWN. It is also great for core and agility. My cardio had never been fit like that before in my life, even when I was playing Ultimate Frisbee. If you want a full body muscle builder, I use P-90X. It really is awsome if you follow the program.

    All the best,
    Hugh
