Measure your true waist carefully. I bought a Stillwater thrifty that was too big and I wasn't very happy with it. I had to add Velcro to the waist. I did not like the acrylic either so I wound up selling it
Not sure where in PA you live but I would recommend getting measured and fit by Rocky at USAKilts in Spring City. My first kilts were from him and Amerikilt where owner Michael Butler fit me into one at an Irish fest.
