Blu,
As one of the few who have foresaken trousers entirely - for me, it'll be five years come May 15th - I have to say that kilt-wearing has not become 'everyday' or boring, nor can I foresee the day when it will.
I still get a huge buzz out of deciding what kilt to wear, putting it on and then getting out there to face the world. Some guys will tell you that, after a while, they are no longer aware that they are wearing a kilt instead of trousers, but I am always conscious that I am dressed differently - and I enjoy that!
