Oh I think you guys took my response the wrong way. What I meant was I dont care if they thought it was silly. There are enough people who dont think it is silly to make it succesful!
I didnt mean to sound like I was worried what the other people thought. As long as they dont think it is a skirt wearing site then I will be happy!

There is no possible way to mistake this for a skirt site ever. Between this and Kiltmen I've recommended these to a few people that have indicated an interest in kilts where Toms would send them screaming into the night. I dn't understand the mentality at Toms. Why is clothing becoming a crusade to some of those folks? Demonstrations, marches, it's silly. How do you get people to accept kilts? Wear them of course. There's no need for the theatrics some at Toms seem determined to pursue.

I see this fine board as a direct reflection on the USAKILTS website.
~When the topic of tartans and kilts is in the forefront... it's straight forward.
~When the topic is humorous, it's approached much like our jokes page and questions-and-answers page.
If others just don't get it... they just won't get it. 8)
That's why they wear pants, drink low-carb beer, listen to modern music, watch reality TV, have ball-chafing issues, and think "Queer Eye" is actually entertaining. Conformity sucks!

I think Blu made a good point.
Jimmy is right too.
We really don't care that they don't get it.
Not in a Up YOURS way but more like the
way a duck lets water roll of it's back.
You have to be a little thick skinned to wear a kilt anyway.
I Just feel because of their narrow minds
and conformity that are stuck.
I really do care because I'm enjoying myself so much when I'm kilted.
I choose to not give the ones who don’t get it or find it humorous
a second thought.
Lets face it. Many of you guys are very quick witted and
hilarious in your remarks. I find myself laughing at a comment on this
site on a near daily basis. If it were always so dry and serious I
probably would not be here so much.
