You can't afford to let your heart rule your head. I know when I can wear my kilt and when I shouldn't - even though I may want to.
I'm always happier when I'm out of the town, unless I'm going to a specific function. As I've always said - I don't want to wear a kilt whilst shopping at ASDA (that's Walmart to most of you). My choice.
