Could you clarify something for me please? You ordered something but have not paid for it? Were I the owner of this business, I doubt I would be sending anything to anyone who had not yet paid...

As i said Penny's stated the item would be ready to ship at the end of Oct I have the bill of sale but am unable to pay as they don't have a card payment system on their web page, so after several emails to see if it's ready and how to pay I'm at a standstill. If the stuff's not ready or out of stock Ok but it seams a strange way to go about business not keeping your customers up to date.

Hello. Has anything become of the OP?
I am perusing sites for a white leather military sporran that I might accompany with a white pistol belt and white garter ties and this site seems to be the only one that still has them (besides "Great" Highlandwear, which I know to avoid like the plague!).

Nothing has come of this I've given up after many emails and no reply I have found another bonnet closer to home, So based on my dealings with pennys I would not bother with em, mind on the up side it did not cost me owt i just did not get the product i wanted

About a month back I made an enquiry via email. I was impressed to get an almost immediate reply stating that it was possible and that he would get back to me quickly with the details. A couple weeks went by with no update so I sent another enquiry. I am still awaiting a reply. Actually completely given up and not expecting to ever do business with them.

I have no first hand experience, but FWIW a commissioner of mine stated that they recently made an enquiry about some parts and never received any return communication.
