Since the folks at "Entertainment Weekly" don't seem to have a kilt wearer on staff or know the difference between a kilt and a skirt I have to wonder if they can truley be arbiters of what is ugly. How can someone give fashion opinions if they don't know the first thing about the subject?

By the way, Howie pops over to the West Coast (I assume that's what you call the "left coast") several times each year. However, I think he heads for Los Angeles most times ..... you'll have to move out of "Utilikilts Country" and mosey on down South a bit!!
