Do you use the "Minicribs"? That's where I got these from. There are 4,234 entries all on one Word document.

I am working my way through them and printing them out a page at a time. I then cut them up and laminate and cut again. The idea is that I will have all 4,234 dances on individual cards in a kind of ring binder. At the start of the night, I can extract the relevant cards and have them in a small ring in my sporran. Then it should be a simple matter of a quick read before each dance to refresh my memory.

Or at least that's the plan!

    Chas,

Is this on the RSCDS website? Star and I are members and I would love being able to look up the dances and bypass the Pillings.

    Cheers

Re: St Andrew's Scottish Country Dancing

    Jamie,

It is taken from this site:

    http://www.minicrib.care4free.net/index.htm

After having read all the home page click on this link near the top:

    Includes "New" Advanced version

After reading page 2, the download link is a zip file near the bottom of the page.

Once it is downloaded and unzipped and installed, it is a Word document with Macros. I have to enable them each time, but that is no great hardship. And then it is "Add-Ins" on the top tabs next to View.

    And then ENJOY!

    Regards

    Chas
