Could you not upload it to Google "Docs"?
That way anyone who wanted it could access it.

Gentlemen, I have been in contact with Matt Newsome and he has offered to have the STM site host the book in their library section. This of course is subject to the copyright having expired on the original and no issue with the author of the digital copy.

I have just sent a copy of the book to those who have their email address in their profile. If the others would care to send me a PM with their email address, I will send them a copy. I can see this forming into a nightmare, so I will cap the requests, at this time, to those who have already made it known that they want a copy. Hopefully Matt will be able to get it up on the STM site. Otherwise we will have to work something else out for others who want a copy

It would be nice to have a whole section of books and catalog scans on here. They would be a great resource to all parties involved!
Could this be something in the site's future?
There are many who have old catalogs that could be scanned.
