Re: Just placed second order from Rocky, let the Jonesing begin!

Just got in. Don't have my camera with me, but I'll take some pictures with my phone. Should be up within half an hour or so!

Sporrans: left is the semi-dress I picked up a few months back, right is the day which was part of this order.

A couple sets of flashes and hose.

Shot of the pleating on the Semi-Traditional in Clergy. I only took one photo of the Clergy because I figured most of you have seen it in person before.

Now, onto the photos of the Celtic Nations!

The pictures really don't do the Celtic Nations tartan justice...it is extremely nice looking and I am very pleased with it.

The red isn't quite as "electric" in person. I suspect it has something to do with the flash

Yeah...not the greatest lighting in that room, so the picture was overexposed somewhat. It did funny things with the colors all around, really.

Yeah, does the same with mine. Outdoors with natural sunlight seems to work best....I still really like the colour scheme /tartan either way.

I took a trip down tot he Scottish Tartans Museum yesterday and wore the Celtic Nation Semi-Trad. I've just to mention once again how much I like it; and, Rocky, I love the way you pleated it...almost looks like entirely different tartans in back and front!

Alas, no. I am contemplating wearing it for the Burns Supper, though, and I'm sure there will be plenty of pictures from that.

Is this a joke of some kind? Cornwall has its own Celtic language and identity. Not to mention history of an independent Stannary parliament under the British crown. Am I missing something?
