I thank God we didn't get that in Waco. Snow is so rare here that everyone HAS to go out in it. That would be OK, if they weren't trying to drive 80 miles per hours and then slamming on the breaks. I grew up in snow country so know how to drive in it, but I try to stay off the roads when it snows so others won't hit me.
