Unfortunarly LEGO does not make a tam...  It was a flatcap!
But! it looks kind of like a pulled forward bonnet.

Then I suggest you glue a little fuzzball "toorie" picked off of a convenient towel to the top of his flatcap to rectify this untenable situation.
