The Action Kilt Pic Challenge

KW,
I have to check with some of our more knowledgeable members, but I don't think it is customary to wear both the body armor and a belt and waist plate at the same time. I believe a person usually forgoes one when wearing the other...or maybe that's just with evening wear.
