im 6'5" and weigh around 16st............. i also have a 32" waist but my chest is 44". see buying a kilt no problem, the problem starts with jackets. i dont think the 80s faux pas of rolling the sleeves up on your jacket to disguise they are too short would realy work well with pc or argyll.

I don't really see how jackets are much of a problem either. I just have to be sure and get the size I want in "long". I'm only 6' and weigh 15 stone, but at 55, I have a jeans waist at 36 and a kilt waist of 41 with a chest of 46". Getting the 26" coat sleeves is a must with my "gorilla arms". It's easier now than 20 years ago when I had the same arms but a 42" chest. Getting off the rack was a problem. I have a very short waist, you can place a finger between my bottom rib and my pelvis and touch both. However, fingertip to fingertip is around 75".
