As a former wrestler in high school and college, I'm definitely interested in how you train.

I do some assistance work in the weight room as well, but try to keep the assistance to around 3 sets 5-6 reps per exercise. I also try to get in short throwing practices sessions 2-4 days a week, and a big session on Sunday with the OC Highlanders if my weekend is free.

The Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is also 2-4 days/week, in the evenings Mon-Fri, when I can squeeze it in.

Its a lot, so I just treat this template as my target & I don't beat myself up too mad if I miss something.
