    Bob,

I can arrange an introduction if you'd like...

    BOB:
You are indeed a fortunate man. Far too often when I find something so nice and at a good bargain it is the wrong size. It looks quite nice on you.

No credit for Bob in here. It was the lovely Sydnie who saw it and bought it. I am indeed a fortunate man and I tell her that every day.

No need to introduce me to Bob, James...we've met many times!

Nice jacket Bob, and that sydnie7 has a good eye. I bet it will look good at night, too.

Bob, I will have you know that I am just as strong as my buddy Alan. My muscles are simply more ...err...discreet. I see no need to have big bulging unsightly arms, legs, and chest that lunge out and injure the passerbys as I flex. I think it far better to have a more...err...compact... musculature that allow one to keep one's slim girlish figure...Grant understands I'm sure...hmmm..that isn't much of an endorsement is it?

    Cheers

Also, Bob...I want to be clear about this. I really am as dapper as you and Panache. No, really.

Oh, stop...Stop snickering. There's almost no difference at all between a tweed jacket and a hooded sweatshirt. It's just that the sweatshirt doesn't have buttons.

    BTW, nice sweatshirt, Bob!

I had occasion to look back at arnot's For Sale thread and the winning edge was a full 45 minutes

I'm just glad somebody else had recently beat me to a lovely length of tartan, so I still had funds for the jacket! So you see, some things are meant to be -- here's hoping you find the perfect use elsewhere for that money!

It will look good in the evening, too. And obviously I have a good eye -- look at the guy I picked!

BTW It's great to have started a thread that has Alan H and Panache trading words -- with a Grant sub-reference to boot! Just like old times. Hope to see you both at Games or elsewhere this year.

Alan I believe we can call you "Stealth Dapper" Those of us who know you would never doubt your dapperness. Or is that dapperability? Either way you are that.
