Interesting indeed Robert. I know that "Friend's of Scotland" is still planning something for the original date, they have as yet to release any details. My girlfriend and myself were / are still planning to attend. Hope they make some announcement soon, either group.

I too have been conversing via e-mail and telephone with Dr. Geoffrey Scott Carroll, and he has been most helpful. Of course, I have dealt with him before in the past when I attended the 2007 DTK fashion show in New York. My wife and I are planning to attend the 2012 show as well. My friend and top piper, Lorne Cousin, has been a part of the event for many years.
