Re: Boot color/tights color with tartan skirt
Meghan, you'll look wonderful in whatever combination of colors you choose. Your out going personality will make you shine no matter what you are wearing!

Almost all of my socks are from them. The products are not cheap, but of really good quality. You can wear them for years.

I've found that while I'm sitting in the "dumb husband chair" in the ladies' wear stores and my own lovely is in the changing room, I can sell a whole bunch of stuff to other women who are strutting in front of their friends and mirrors - and that's with or without the collar!

hahahaha. I know that chair all too well. Ive worked in retail for a long time and its so funny to see the men just go straight for that chair.

Actually, one big store stateside had a row of "dumb husband" wing chairs... with a big screen TV showing the game of the day, and ... (wait for it) ... a beer fridge with a sign that said "please help yourself - one only please."
I sat with a bunch of guys I didn't know, watched a game I didn't care about, and spent a lot of time while our wives shopped. Every few minutes, one of them would show up and get five opinions for the price of one. We sold each other's ladies a bunch of stuff and enjoyed going broke together.

If you get asked the 115th time if you'd like to sit down, you break down and the next time you sit down at once, like Pavlov's dog.

www.falke.com/gb but I don't know if they ship outside of the European Union. But you find their products on amazon.com as well.

Thats way too funny. The Diamond Center has something like that. A couch near the back with a plate of cookies (except mall employees like me just found the cookies and woudl sneak in and grab a few on our lunch break. No wonder the Diamond Center doesnt like me anymore!)
Husbands in Bath and Body Works (where I work) are way funny. During Christmas, we had a buy-3-get-3-free deal and there were so many times that men would bring up three items and Id be like "you get to pick out 3 more items for free!" and they'd get this panicked look on their face and be like "umm...no....its ok. These were on the list" and Im just thinking "oh man. If your wife were here..."
We also had a day when we were giving out free wall plugs where yuo screw a bulb into the bottom and the bulb lets out a scent. Husbands would qualify for the free items and Id be like "do you know what our wallflowers are?" and they'd be like "....nope" so I'd lead them over to the table with them on it and explain and after awhile, you'd get a group of like 3 men silently sniffing the bulbs and trying to figure out which one to choose for like an hour.
Men in bath and body stores are too funny.

Off topic, I know, but isn't it funny how easy it is to get a guy to smell something.
It's almost a challenge, that can not be denied, for a lot of us.

Re: Boot color/tights color with tartan skirt
So I basically found these exact same boots but a little scrunchier and the top is folded down. I got them for $30 and they were originally $100 Steve Madden boots.
Yaaay! Now I have black and brown boots to go with my tartan skirt when it arrives....and a pair of lavender sweater tights since apparently that website that I was given proved too much of a temptation to actually get black and white tights like I said I would
