Re: What do you do?
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

I go to work in order to make more money, so I can by more items for my Highland dress wardrobe. Oh, and I drink pints of Belhaven with a wee nip thrown in there from time to time.
Cheers,

Re: What do you do?
I SO feel your pain, Knotty! I caught Kilt Fever from my brother not but a couple of weeks ago. Being retired (euphemism meaning "no money") and deciding to go the whole nine yards (pun inteded) at once, I still have another three weeks before I can even order my first kilt and kaboodle, waiting on my funding plan to bear fruit.
In the meanwhile, I am reading, researching and learning as well as honing some new DIY skills. Two sporrans, three St. Andrew's Cross cockades and a sport coat to Braemar conversion (in progress) so far. I am thoroughly enjoying learning new crafting techniques, but am quickly running out of on-hand project materials.
Do you drink?

Was lucky enough to see them in Vancouver in 79, before "Shakedown"

Re: What do you do?
Cool, thanks for the Jenny O'Conner n Nazareth links... and just for the record, I do love Zep too... since I heard their first at about... 10 years old...
eek..
prefer City's Aflame to the reaper.. just me, but in fact I haven't heard it in too long, thanks for that too
and nope no slack key - but you can tune pretty much any guitar to that - Keola Beamer's got a great web site, but I think most of it's pay...
So now that I've got some cool tunes to listen to, I can shop for kilt stuff!
or is that what got us here in the first place?
My tastes are eclectic, I'm addicted to everything....
