Wish I could say the same. Actually, I don't know what all's going on tonight, or what grub is on the menu... I should be looking into that directly, actually.

Last night I browned some vegan sausage and an onion together, then diced a green bell pepper and added it to the pot, along with half a package of shredded carrots. I added 1/2 gallon of water and plenty of vegetable stock concentrate (I love the stuff) and some teriyaki sauce and some ginger and oregano and liquid smoke and garlic and poblano chile powder and black pepper and some rice that I had cooked on Saturday to go with the aforementioned Aloo Gobi. It was good stuff.
